I wish I could requite 2 1/2 stars
This app works about half the time. It's not bad and convenient when it isn't glitching. I'm glad I have it, but I'g besides glad I tin can just call the number on my ebt bill of fare if I desire to check the residue. However if I'chiliad trying to upload documents and it's not working, I'd have to email my worker or drive downwards to the office.
Great when it works........
The convenience of checking the balance of your SNAP card is wonderful. It saves time and is much simpler than calling, pressing buttons and inbound in your menu number. The app is also helpful because y'all can submit documents past scanning them with your telephone.
Unfortunately the app is no longer working on my phone. I can open the app but when I log on, the app repeatedly close downwards. The app has been removed from my telephone and reloaded. I have shut my phone down and turned information technology back on. These steps have been repeated several times. Yet will not work. Frustrating. Please fix the app!!
Turning off before signing in
I honey this app and use it all the time. Recently though when I tap My Benefits it goes to the log in section so non fifty-fifty a half a 2d later the app closes. Not able to use the app now. Would requite five stars but 3 because it WAS a good app.
